Administration Officer (1)

Job Summary

The position holder will be responsible for managing a Zimbabwean Construction Company assets, purchasing of stock and the distribution. Ensuring the stocks and distribution of the stock is delivered at the building sites. Providing the administration work and has a good financial background.

 

Key duties and responsibilities  

  • Office maintenance
  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Manages company assets
  • Purchases of the stocks and distribution to the site
  • Provide monthly reports on the administration
  • Preparations of salaries and manages the statutory payments
  • Annual budget preparations for the department

Qualifications, skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration
  • 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
  • ‘A’ Level
  • 3 years’ Experience
  • A Clean Class (4) four drivers license
  • Ability and willing to work late hours
  • Good communication skills
