Summary of the job.
• Connect with customers to answer questions and help resolve issues through phone and online
• Provide technical support, answer questions, and troubleshoot on different system platforms
• Training the end user on our system
• Communicate with clients on new updates and changes related to systems
• Daily use of CRM tools and online ticket system
• Support to other team members
Qualification and Skills
• Degree / diploma in the following areas of study; Business Administration, Payroll administration Computer Science, Information Systems, Information and Communication Technology, Software Programming and Development, MIS etc.
• O Level (Including Mathematics and English)
• A Level
• Knowledge of the Zimbabwean payroll
• Must have a strong competence in Microsoft Office
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
