If a user does not have back up software they can initiate back up from the system however this must be set up in the back up configuration

The system comes with a back up facility which allows you to make back up as according to configurations

• Access [Back up ] menu
• Select [Configuration Back Up]

From here one must access the program for back up which is the PostgreSQL[VERISON NUMBER]binpg_dump.exe

Select the destination set

System is licence driven and will only alow a user to use the system when the licnce is not expired

Users must have licences to be able to use the system fuctions
